I honestly can’t thank Peter enough for helping me get into my first place. Buying a new build townhome in Rochester felt like a lot to take on, but he made the entire process so simple. Since it was a new construction, there were a million moving parts, but Peter stepped in and managed the build process like a pro. He even guided me on picking out the perfect finishes to make sure the home looked right. He’s just a straightforward, hardworking guy who stays on top of every detail.

Peter made the whole experience of buying my first home so incredibly simple. I’m about to move into one of Pete’s rentals, and he has made the whole lead-up to move-in day so incredibly simple. He’s been great to work with from the start, very straightforward, easy to talk to, and clearly hands-on with his properties. You can tell he cares about making sure everything is ready and right before I even step foot in the door.
